I am a personal trainer living in Chico, California. Physical fitness and exercise are major components of my life. I have participated in sports since childhood: from youth soccer and lacrosse; to wrestling and basketball in high school; and martial arts and running through college. My favorite activities for fitness are weight lifting, yoga, running, and bicycling. I love being outdoors whether camping, swimming, or hiking. My other obsession is taking my motorcycle out to ThunderHill Raceway for a trackday with friends.
A few years ago, I brought my ZX6R to the track and have been hooked ever since. For me, pushing my limits, continually improving my skills, and having a great time with good friends have made trackdays my favorite activity.
I enjoy sharing my passion for exercise, health, and fitness with others. Exercise and fitness improves every aspect of your life: physical, mental, and professional. I take a very scientific approach to my training, and design my programming around evidence-based and proven techniques, rather than wasting time with the latest exercise and diet gimmicks. I don’t just hand you an exercise plan, I provide the training necessary to make a lasting lifestyle change towards a healthier, happier you.
I further specialize in training programs for trackday enthusiasts and racers. Whether it’s your first time on the track or a you’re a seasoned professional, I can work with you to improve your efficiency, consistency, and safety.
